Description of Proposal:
Fotenn Planning +Design has been retained by the City of Kingstonโs Real Estate & Environmental Initiatives Department to prepare this demonstration report in support of applications for zoning by-law amendment and draft plan of subdivision for two city-owned parcels (Parcel#33878, Parcel #33876) located south of Highway 401, north of Creekford Road, west of Gardiners Road, and east of Lower Collins Creek. The site has a total area of 47.14 hectares (116.51 acres). The purpose of the applications is to permit the development of a new, serviced business park within the Cityโs Urban Boundary.
